You are enough. All of your imperfections, all of your quirks, they are perfect. Maybe you have not been told that in a while or maybe you were never told. Maybe people in your life have said you need to do x, y or z or be like someone else in order to be better.
So I am here to remind you that you are enough exactly as you are.
